Classroom Presentations
Hands-on activities include sensory and investigative experiences such as exploring natural objects, examining aquatic plants and macroinvertebrates. Observation of small vertebrates such as tadpoles and minnows, and micro-organisms using magnification tools and laboratory techniques. Demonstrations illustrate aquifer function and soil deposition, point and non-point pollution, with activities customizable to specific concepts or curricula.
