Pinelands Adventures’ inclusive programs team up with Ocean County Parks. Join Pinelands Adventures and Ocean County Park Staff for a free relaxing, immersive, informative trip through the pine forest on the banks of picturesque Lake Shenandoah.  The park is a small oasis in one of the most densely populated towns in Ocean County.  Your guide will point out the various plants, animals, and natural systems along the route.  We invite you to take in the refreshing sights, smells, and sounds the park has to offer.

The trip will take participants on a ¾ -mile loop. The path averages 6 feet wide and is composed of compacted soil which can be accessed with rugged terrain wheelchairs, crutches, canes, walkers and strollers. There are no inclines along the route.  The trip will take about 1 hour. There are no benches or seating along the pathway. Accessible parking and restrooms are located in the park.
